There are prosthetic devices that can help you play guitar. The ones I've seen are sockets custom made to fit the stump and have a guitar pick attached.
in the usual artificial hands that you see on the market the individual fingers are not all movable.
You're muscles should still remember how to do it. And you may just need to learn to adapt a little.
