Rehabilitation Services (DRS), VA Department of     Northern Virginia offices of DRS are located in Annandale, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Huntington, Leesburg, Manassas, Springfield, and Winchester.     http://www.vadrs.org/ DRS provides field rehabilitation services (vocational rehab, employment, etc) as well as community-based services (long-term rehab case management, brain injury services, personal assistance services, etc.).  The department also operates the Woodrow Wilson Rehab Center and Disability Determination Services.  Northern Virginia offices of DRS are located in Annandale, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Huntington, Leesburg, Manassas, Springfield, and Winchester.
